Returns & Refunds Policy
Return policy
You can request a return for unopened products delivered within the last 30 days. Products must be returned to biobenevo.com to receive your refund. When you contact us to start your return, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and a unique RMA number. Please write this RMA number on the outside of your return package before shipping it back to us.
Refunds are issued when products are received at the warehouse and are applied to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to appear in your bank account.
Returns may be refused from customers suspected of abusing this policy.
Return processing times
Returns must be processed by the receiving warehouse before your refund is applied. This can take 5-10 business days once the item is received at the warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirming your refund once it has been completed.
Payment refunds
Refunds are applied to the payment method used to place the order within 1-3 business days of receiving your return.
